Hello there. Yes I know I haven't written a blog for over 2 years! That's because I'm not a natural blogger, I prefer talking to people face to face. But these times are exceptional and I find myself needing to say a few words.

The CV 19 is affecting every single on of us in many different ways. People are feeling the change and pressure from many varied sources, whether you are on the front line in the NHS, isolated at home or having to live in close quarters with friends and family along with many more situations in between, too many to mention. One thing is for sure, the world is going through massive change!

All this change can create anxiety within ourselves as we reflect on our own life and mortality. It can raise questions within ourselves about how we live our lives and what we would like to do with the time we have left. This may sound a little morbid but look on the bright side (because there always is one) this could be an opportunity to slow down and reflect. An opportunity to do the psychological work you have been putting off for years . EMDR therapy reaches the parts other therapies find hard to reach. Read my What is EMDR.

For the time being I am working from home on a link called, ZOOM. It is working well for many of my clients at the moment, while we are all socially distancing.
